2 cups dry, nonfat milk
2 cups baking soda
1 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons light vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh whole milk
Mix all ingredients together.
Before bathing, gently massage the mixture all over your body to increase blood circulation and remove dry, flaky dead skin.

You may refrigerate the remainder and only discard when the milk used spoils.

1 cup aloe vera gel
1/2 cup water mixed with a pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients to form a paste. Brush or spread the paste onto your body in a dry bathtub. Allow to dry for about ten minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Store in a cool, dry place. I just love the smell of cocoa butter. Cocoa butter is derived from the seeds of the cacao plant and is a creamy, fatty wax that is solid at room temperature.. It is an excellent skin softener and can be used alone or mixed with other ingredients such as the recipe above.
