I have also included a homemade beauty tip for an astringent that is good to use if you have oily/combination skin. If you have dry, sensitive or normal skin, a skin toner or astringent is usually unnecessary.

Honey Cleanser
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup glycerin
1 tablespoon liquid soap
Mix together and store in a pretty container. Honey gently softens and cleanses skin. This is my go to home made cleanser and an excellent face beauty tip. I usually use liquid soap that contains tea tree oil which calms the skin. Tea tree oil is also great for acne and blemish prone skin that is too sensitive or as a great alternative for salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

1 ripe Kiwi fruit (peeled and mashed)
1 tablespoon vodka
1 cup boiling water
Cover the kiwi with the boiling water and let cool. Strain the mixture very well so that there is no fruit residue and add the vodka. Apply to cleansed face using cotton balls or cotton pads. I like this astringent because it shrinks my pores also and is a great homemade beauty tip!

Chamomile Toner (dry, normal or sensitive skin)
1 cup strong chamomile tea
1/2 cup distilled witch hazel
Combine the above in a container, use and store for a maximum of 2 days.

Important Note About Toner or Astringent Use - Despite popular belief, toner is not usually necessary unless you have really oily skin in which case it will help to degrease. This is usually just a waste of money and time.
Facial Scrub
1/2 cup ground oatmeal
4 tablespoons almond meal
1/3 cup ground sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground peppermint , spearmint or rosemary leaves
a dash of cinnamon powder (optional)
milk (normal skin), water (oily skin) or heavy cream (dry skin)
Mix the above ingredients together and allow to thicken. Massage onto the face, neck and/or body. Rinse. You can use this daily or as often as you need.

2 tablespoons glycerin
1 cup distilled water

Combine the oil and stearic acid powder in an oven proof glass measuring cup. Separately combine the baking soda, glycerin and distilled water in a glass oven proof measuring cup. Heat the oil and stearic acid in a water bath on top of the stove until the mixture is a clear liquid and all the powder has melted.
Heat the water solution until just boiling and slowly add the water solution to the oil and stearic acid. The mixture will foam up. Pour this mixture in a blender and blend on high for two minutes. The mixture should be a white, fluffy cream. Spoon into a container and allow to cool. When cool, stir and spoon into a clean jar with a lid. Use as needed on the face and neck and is one of the best homemade beauty tips.

Tips for a Good Sunscreen
One of the best face beauty tips is to use a great sunscreen. If location, location, location is the best advice for starting a business, sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen is one of the most important natural beauty tips. It is crucial to safeguard our skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays that can cause cancer or premature aging. Be safe and protect your exposed areas with a great sunscreen. When choosing a sunscreen, always look for;
